Alpha 2 Golden Mission
The strongest current evidence is integrated: a founder validation completed the supported mission experience and continued the accepted investigation through a real governed analytics backend.
Demonstrated path
Plain-language objective → mission interpretation → plan → human approval → governed evidence → automatic routing → analysis → verified result → human acceptance → natural-language follow-up → automatic governed analytics routing → Trino → verified follow-up result.
Boundary of this proof
This is a bounded private Alpha 2 path, not a load test or production reliability claim. Trino demonstrates orchestration of an approved analytics engine; it is not Mythadis itself, and Swarm is not required for every mission.

Supports governed evidence discovery, acquisition, verification, catalogue, and provenance within approved mission boundaries.
Analytics & Execution
Selects among eligible governed execution capabilities. Alpha 2 demonstrated local analysis and an automatically routed Trino follow-up without making either engine the product identity.
Swarm
Provides a distributed compute, storage, and collective-intelligence option. Existing private prototype evidence remains valid, but Swarm is not required for every mission.

Mythadis Swarm is a private Rust research prototype providing a strategic option for decentralized semantic data, storage, compute, and intelligence coordination. It is demonstrated component-level work, not a mandatory mission stage or production network.
